Kienan is an Exercise Physiologist at Hornsby Health who also consults at our Dural clinic. He has a special interest in helping people with spinal conditions, sports injury rehabilitation and performance, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, osteoporosis, stroke, and Parkinson's disease.

Kienan is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Your Health Sport and Spine in Dural, who completed his Masters degree in Exercise Physiology at The University of Sydney. He also consults at our Dural clinic.

Kienan is passionate about helping people use movement and exercise to improve and maintain their health and wellbeing. He has a special interest in managing spinal conditions such as back pain, scoliosis, kyphosis, and recovery after spinal surgeries.

In addition to his work with spinal health, Kienan can provide support in managing chronic health conditions like heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, osteoporosis, stroke, and Parkinson's disease. He also works with athletes and active individuals to recover from injuries and help them return to peak performance.
